Why I created this collection:

As a means to navigate through the highs and lows in life, writing became a way for me to steer myself forward. My reason for writing has also been to make others feel less alone and to encourage expression, reflection, and connection. My writing touches on love, pain, growth, self-forgiveness, self-love, as well as forgiveness of others and the value we each bring to the world.

Putting a piece of yourself into words takes guts. To say this is what I think, this is what I create, this is what I am, is very powerful. We are here to make a difference in the world. In the direction of the future, I imagine only organic connections built upon community, trust, and collaboration. A future where we don’t try to outshine the people around us but rather lift them up. A future where we merge our brilliance and together, illuminate the world.
